This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Yellow Nature (Katyayani Rishi Agro Pvt. Ltd.) processes, ships, and delivers customer orders placed via our website, app, WhatsApp, or other channels.


1. Service Coverage

  • We currently deliver to over 19,000+ pin codes across India.
  • Serviceable pin codes are auto-verified at checkout.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, our system will notify you before payment.

2. Delivery Partners

We work with a curated network of reputed logistics partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • Shiprocket
  • Bluedart (selected areas)
  • Few Other 3P Courier Service Providers
  • India Post (for remote pin codes)

All partners are selected based on their delivery success rate, packaging handling, and real-time tracking capabilities.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 24–48 working hours of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • For COD orders, additional verification may delay processing.

Note: External delays (weather, strikes, public holidays) may affect the above timelines.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping fee, depending on weight and location.
  • Final shipping cost (if applicable) is displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • You can also check order status from the “My Orders” section (if registered).
  • In case tracking doesn’t update within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact support.

7. Undelivered or Rejected Orders

  • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, the shipment may be returned to us.
  • In such cases:
    • Prepaid orders are refunded after deduction of forward & reverse logistics costs.
    • COD users may be denied future COD options.

8. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Parcels

  • Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any damaged, leaked, or missing items.
  • Claims without clear video evidence may not be eligible for support.
  • Resolutions may include replacement, refund, or partial compensation, depending on the case.

9. Address Modification

  • Address changes post-order placement are allowed only before dispatch, subject to feasibility.
  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
