Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy

At Yellow Nature (Katyayani Rishi Agro Pvt. Ltd.), we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality, and traceable products to your doorstep. We follow stringent quality controls and batch-level tracking to ensure safety and satisfaction. However, in rare cases where issues may arise, we offer a well-defined policy for returns, refunds, and replacements.


Return & Refund Eligibility Window

  • Customers can request a return, refund, or replacement within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • This window may vary for certain product categories and will be mentioned clearly on the product page if different.

Valid Reasons for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged packaging or spillage (subject to review)
  • Expired or close-to-expiry products (although rare, we will fully comply upon confirmation)
  • Logistical errors caused during shipment

Not Acceptable for Return:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Returns due to change of mind
  • Subjective quality concerns (as our products are batch-tested, certified, and batch-rejected if not up to mark)

Evidence and Verification

  • All return/refund requests must be supported by a clear package opening video showing:
    • The issue claimed (e.g., damage, wrong item, etc.)
    • The outer packaging and shipping label
  • Without the video, claims will not be accepted unless in exceptional cases with Yellow Nature’s written approval.

Return Pickup & Shipping Cost

  • If your request is approved, Yellow Nature will bear the full cost of reverse logistics.
  • We will schedule a pickup from your location. Customers are not required to self-ship.

Return Approvals and Product Condition

  • The returned item must be:
    • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
    • Accompanied by all original receipts, labels, and outer box
  • Depending on the nature of the issue, you may or may not be asked to return the product. This will be communicated during resolution.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are strictly non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used edible products (oils, flours, honey, spices)
  • Free gifts, sample packs, or items marked as final sale
  • Customized or special-order items

The non-returnable status will be mentioned on the product page where applicable.

Refund Process and Timelines

  • Refunds are issued:
    • To the original payment method (for prepaid orders)
    • To a verified bank account (for COD orders or special cases)
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days post approval and, if applicable, product pickup.

Replacements

  • Eligible orders may be offered a full product replacement instead of refund.
  • Replacements are dispatched only after the original item is picked up and verified.
  • In rare cases, if the item is not available in stock, a refund will be processed.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the eligible window.
  • Share order ID, issue description, and the package opening video.

Right to Refuse

Yellow Nature reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any return/refund request not meeting the above criteria
  • Decline repeated refund abuse or policy misuse
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
