Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel their orders placed via Yellow Nature’s website, WhatsApp channel, or any other sales platform managed by Katyayani Rishi Agro Pvt. Ltd.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

Customers can cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Before the product is shipped or handed over to logistics (usually within 6–24 hours of order placement).
  • Only unshipped or unprocessed orders are eligible for cancellation.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, return/refund may be pursued as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order:

When reaching out, please include:

  • Order ID
  • Registered phone number or email
  • Reason for cancellation

3. Cancellation of COD Orders

  • COD orders undergo address and contact validation.
  • You may cancel COD orders before shipment by contacting support.
  • Multiple cancellations of COD orders without reason may lead to restriction from future COD services.

4. Refunds for Prepaid Orders

  • If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before shipment:
    • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund initiation will be notified via email/SMS.

5. Cancellation by Yellow Nature

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Incomplete or invalid address/phone details
  • Payment gateway failure or suspected fraud
  • Non-serviceable pin codes or logistics restrictions
  • Product stock outs or batch recall issues

Customers will be notified promptly, and prepaid amounts will be refunded.

6. Modification of Orders

  • Currently, orders cannot be modified once placed (e.g., change of item, address, or quantity).
  • The customer may cancel the order (if unshipped) and place a new one.
