These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://yellownature.in, WhatsApp commerce, and any associated services provided by Yellow Nature (Katyayani Rishi Agro Pvt. Ltd.).

By using our platform, placing an order, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

User Eligibility and Access

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on our platform.
  • Users may browse and place orders as guests or registered users.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Orders placed via prepaid modes (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) are automatically confirmed.
  • COD orders are subject to address, phone, email validation, and may require telephonic confirmation.
  • You may cancel orders before shipment via your account dashboard or by contacting customer care.

Payment Terms

  • We accept all standard modes of payment including UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, wallets, and COD, as per prevailing regulations.
  • COD is available across most serviceable locations but subject to validation and our internal risk checks.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to over 19,000 pin codes across India using trusted logistics partners.
  • Delivery timelines vary by location, typically ranging from 2–7 business days.
  • Tracking details are shared via email/WhatsApp post-dispatch.
  • Shipping delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen events are not our liability, though we will make best efforts to resolve issues.

Product Information, Imagery, and Liability

  • All product claims such as “cold-pressed,” “unrefined,” and “100% pure” are internally validated.
  • However, product appearance (color, texture, aroma) may vary slightly due to seasonal changes or raw material sourcing, and may differ from images shown online.
  • Products are not medicinal and should be used only for food or topical applications as described.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our detailed [Returns & Refunds Policy].
  • Ineligible returns (used products, seal broken, damage after delivery) will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days post-approval.

Subscription and Recurring Orders

  • We do not currently offer subscription boxes or auto-recurring orders. Any future launch will be governed by a separate Subscription Policy.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website including text, graphics, photos, videos, logos, packaging designs, and trademarks are property of Yellow Nature or licensed appropriately.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial redistribution of any assets is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

  • Users must not:
    • Resell products online without written permission from Yellow Nature.
    • Post fake reviews, impersonate others, or misrepresent feedback.
    • Use bots, crawlers, or scripts to manipulate pricing, inventory, or user experience.
    • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise site/app security.
    • Abuse the return/refund system.
    • Misuse referral codes or promotional campaigns.
  • Only authorized resellers may sell Yellow Nature products offline. Online resale is prohibited without written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

  • Yellow Nature is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
    • Use or misuse of our products beyond recommended guidelines
    • Delays in delivery due to third-party issues
    • Unavailability of products at the time of order

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • The courts of Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Amendments and Updates

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
